Enlisted Promotion Approvals

Task 1: Organize members to play on servers together on an occasional basis ( ask Black Squad members to join your game )

Task 2: Help out new recruits to the clan ( Requirement for all ranks further then CPL ) this requires adding them as a friend and speaking to them to see if they have any problems within the clan, then forward it to any general to get it recognized and sorted
